FromSoftware created the 2014 action role–playing game Dark Souls II. The second game in the Dark Souls series, it was published worldwide by Bandai Namco Games and FromSoftware in Japan for Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. The game, which is set in the realm of Drangleic, centers on a cursed undead character who is looking for a way to get better. After some initial delays, Dark Souls II was launched in March 2014; the Windows version was released the same month.
